Free Shipping Offers

Free shipping is offered for any order from the Shop placed, equal to or greater than 10 USD. Any ordered shipped between 5 USD and 15 USD will be sent via the most cost-effective service avaliable. This is often USPS First-Class Mail, meaning tracking information is usually not provided. Although the USPS has a stellar track record of delivering untracked mail, Fayette County Additive will not hold liability for delayed or missing packages sent through this service. Free shipping at the 10-15 USD level is offered as an optional service, and there is an alternative in selecting paid shipping at check-out which does feature tracked shipping.

Any parcels shipped for free over the 15 USD limit will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which comes with tracking as standard. If in any case a tracked or untracked parcel does not arrive or has an extended delivery time, please contact support for further assistance.

General Operating Procedures

Shipping is domestic-only. Any packages or parcels shipped with paid shipping can be shipped using 5 USD Flat Rate Shipping, free shipping as listed above. Generally, orders are shipped within 1-4 days of placement.

Returns are accepted on all new and unused merchandise nonmanufactured for full price for 2 weeks following delivery of tracked parcels, 3 weeks from shipment of untracked. Merchandise 3D printed to-order in the printshop are not eligible for return, however if issues arise with a printed part, contact support with details. In the event any item arrives damaged, reach out to support with the order number and a pictures of the condition the item arrived in. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis, however we strive for a satisfactory solution.

Assumption of Risk

Fayette County Additive nor any agents operating as such can or shall be held liable for any damages caused use, misuse or otherwise. Fayette County Additive or Raleigh Manufacturing should be indemnified and held harmless from any damages surrounding products received including (but not limited to) failure of printed parts due to inappropriate utilization or electrical hazards due to inappropriate installation.
